It’s kind of pathetic/cute when a German Shepard is very much asleep, suddenly hear a noice, flies up and starts barking/howling … you can clearly hear that he has been sleeping and it’s mostly “Danger, I’m awake, I am fierce guard dog, no one can pass me … and I WAS NOT sleeping”
